NOTE TO ALL GREAT SWAMP MEMBERS:
All members may be requested to present their membership card at any time on club premises. Likewise, the individual making the request must also display their card. After the card is presented, no further dispute should ensue. Should a violation of the rules be observed, it must be reported to the board.
Announcement Concerning Bingo!!
Jim Leberknight, our longstanding Bingo chairman, is stepping down. Bingo is a vital fundraiser for Great Swamp, and we are in search of a new chairperson. Interested parties, or those who know a potential candidate, should contact Carl Lewis at 215-723-2930. Without Bingo, we would face significant membership fee increases.

Our next General Membership meeting is Tuesday, November 19th at 7:30pm. We will be holding elections for Officers and Directors for 2025. There are five director positions up for re-election as well as all officers. All members MUST have their membership badge with them to vote.
The nominees are as follows:
President – Carl Lewis
Vice President – Walt Sinnwell
Treasurer – Joe Berardi
Secretary – Mike Holzer
Membership Secretary – Alicia Holzer
Directors (5) – Walt Sinnwell, Chris Clemens, Troy Battiston, Mike Holzer, Earl Leister, Gale Clayman, and Harry Sztenderowicz
Great Swamp Fish and Game apparel will be available for purchase at the membership meeting.
Announcement Concerning our Membership Secretary
Due to recent health issues, Evelyn Clayman our Membership Secretary has resigned from her position. Until after our elections at the General Membership Meeting on November 19th, Alicia Holzer will be filling the position. Any questions regarding membership renewals should be directed to Alicia. Her email address is aliciaholzer@comcast.net and her phone number is 215-538-2754.
Fall Stocking
We will be stocking on Friday, December 20th for ice fishing. The ponds will be closed until the ice is safe for activities. Depending on the weather, we will notify you when fishing can resume.
New Dropbox Available for Membership Renewals
To simplify the renewal process for our members, we have installed a new drop box. It is located on the wall of the utility room. When you approach the clubhouse door, look to your left, and you will see the slot just to the left of the utility room door. For those who prefer not to send their renewal through the mail, you can conveniently drop it off at the club.
Our Kids Christmas Party is approaching quickly!!
The Christmas party is set for December 8th, but the response has been lower than anticipated. Those interested in bringing children to meet Santa and receive a gift must fill out the registration form and return it to Ed McCleland by the first weekend in December.
Reservations are required for the party, so Santa knows exactly which presents he needs to bring. You can click below for the sign-up sheet. The form can be filled out online, then saved and emailed to Ed McCleland at emccleland@gmail.com, or you can print it out and mail it to Ed McCleland, 312 W. Fifth St., Lansdale PA 19446.

Volunteers Are Needed
Great Swamp Fish and Game is doing quite well, overall. Our only downside is getting volunteers to come out and help. We are in need of volunteers for the kitchen, bingo, and mowing the grass/ trimming. Please contact Tony Kulp for the kitchen, Jim Leberknight for bingo and Earl for mowing the grass. Without volunteers to help the club, the board will be forced to contract outside help which, in return, will force us to raise your dues.

Cut Firewood!
If there is anyone interested in purchasing cut firewood from the club, please contact Walt Sinnwell at 215-939-1381 to make arrangements.
